1.Briefings:The product line is hot rolled flange steel. The main process is as follows: the raw material billet into the continuous heating furnace for heating; temperature of 1150 degrees Celsius hot continuous casting billet after the conveyor roller table feeding to Φ400 roughing mill and shuttle rolling 5-7 times sent to the medium mill and finishing mill to be rolled into angle steel,flat steel,square steel,round steel, and then cooled by step type cooling bed,through cut-to-length segmentation,packaging, weighing, listing, storage.
