Water cooling section: 6 cooling water nuzzles, 1 counter water nuzzle, 1 compressed air counter air nuzzle.
Composition of equipment and structure characteristics

The water cooling box is of welded structure with steel plates, the cover of the water tank and the heavy punch fixed to guiding pipe bases should be lifted during the installment, resume the cover and heavy punch after the guiding pipes are installed properly.
In production, the newly produced wire is cooled by cooling water supplied through workshop pipelines. Used cooling water and iron oxide residue will drain away through the slop under the cooling box.
A buckling-style design is applied to all the guiding grooves in the water cooling section and slow cooling section. They are fixed with BMCUW, the structure is simple and durable and easy to maintain.
