The effect of track switcher
Track switcher is behind the 3# flying shear, being composed by upper and lower switchable groove, the finished product will be switched to the finishing mill through the lower groove and the waste will be switched to the collecting device through the upper groove. The upper groove is connected with snap shear while the lower groove is connected with finishing mill.
2. The collecting device is composed by two waste boxes and one chute and located beneath the track switcher and snap shear to collect the waste processed by flying shear and snap shear.

Structure and operation
The switch of the upper groove and lower groove is realized through the left and right movement of the track switcher driven by a cylinder, when the track switcher is in the upper position, it is "the position for steel to feed in", the lower position is for waste to get off. When flying shear is cutting the head of the steel, track switcher is in the condition to let the steel to get in, then, the lower groove forward the rolling part to other shears, when the rolling parts get into the finishing mill, railroad switch turn to the position to let the waste get off in case any failure occurs and forward the rolling element behind the former into the snap shear. If the rolling part gets into the bar mill and things goes well, track switcher turns to the position to let the steel get in to wait the next rolling parts.
Lubrication and pneumatic:
Glycerol manual lubrication is applied for transmission parts of track switcher.
The air used in brakes is supplied by workshop, the pressure of compressed air is 0.4~0.6Mpa.
