loop can eliminate part of the tension fluctuation to make sure the precision of the equipments.
- The structure of Vertical loop:
Vertical loop is composed of sets of roll(it is pushed by cylinder), back-up roll and loop groove.

Side loop
1, the effect of Side loop: wire-rod has the problem of

2, the structure of side loop: side loop is composed by cylinder, sets of roll, loop platform, turning roll and loop scanner.

ets of roll is mainly combined by the roll on the rocker.

hen the sets of roll is in the location of retraction, roll fully withdraw the rolling line, the tip of roller can directly get into the finishing mill through loop platform.

hen the sets of roll turn to the extended position, it forward to the rolling line and push the rolling element to loop platform, then the loop is formed.

he diameter of sets of roll cylinder is Φ130mm; distance is 254mm.
