Process Flow:
Scrap to rebar:
Scrap → Smelting furnace → CCM(Casting) → ( online heating furnace) → roughing mill → intermediate mill→ pre finishing mill → finishing mill → shear → cooling → sizing →collecting → packing → rebar storage;
Billet to rebar/wire rod:
Steel billets → reheating furnace → roughing mill → intermediate mill → pre-finishing mills → shear → cooling → sizing →collecting → packing → rebar storage;
(Pre-finishing mills → shears → wire rod block mills → pinch roll and laying head → coil cooling conveyor → coil collection station → PF line → packing → wire rod storage )

-- The power transmission and speed control are conducted by a pair of spiral bevel gears in the transmission box, the reducer is omitted from the transmission system of the vertical rolling mill, so that the whole equipment is lighter and smaller.
-- As the horizontal framework is completely symmetrical, it can be rotated 180°, so it can be shared by two production lines that located at its right and left side.
