1.Briefings: The production line produces hot rolled deformed bar. The main process is: raw materials of continuous casting billet is heated to a suitable temperature, by conveying roller feed into the roughing mill, intermediate rolling mill, pre-finishing mill, and ultimately produce a diameter of 6 ~16mm deformed bar products, after pressure feed, laying, cooling, wire rod is collected by coiler , then shipped to the bundling machine packaging into bundles, finally Labeling, weighting and storage.
