High speed wire rod and rebar finishing block mill
This finishing block mill is arranged in the high-speed wire rod production workshop.
Through continuous micro-tension rolling, the Ø17-Ø21mm coming rolled piece will be are rolled into Ø5.5-Ø16mm finished wire rod product.
The rolling speed is guaranteed at 110m/s.

BLOCK MILL COMMISSIONING AND TESTING REQUIREMENTS
- Vibration intensity not exceeding 4.5 millimeters per second
- Noise not exceeding 85dB (1500mm from the rolling centerline)
- The temperature of each rolling bearing shall not exceed 40 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees Celsius
- No oil leakage or water ingress at all sealing points
- The testing speed is 1450r/min at the motor input end
