Product Description

Vertical looper

1. The function of the vertical looper; there is dynamic interference in the wire rod during the high-speed rolling process, causing tension fluctuations, thereby causing fluctuations in the size of the rolled piece. The vertical looper can eliminate part of the tension and ensure the rolling accuracy of the rolled parts.
2. The structure of the vertical looper: The vertical looper consists of a lifting roller driven by a cylinder, a support roller and a looper groove. The looper is installed with a center column, which is easy to rotate and open to adjust the rolling mill guide.
The diameter of the lifting roller cylinder is φ160mm; the stroke is 200mm.
The working height of the looper is 100mm above the rolling center line.
The maximum height of the looper is 400mm above the rolling center line.
3. Lubrication and pneumatics:
The looper transmission part is manually lubricated with glycerin.
The compressed air used for the looper and tail brake is uniformly supplied by the workshop, and the pressure of the compressed air is 0.4~0.6Mpa.
