Medium frequency induction heating equipment

     Induction furnace is used for smelting metals,sponge iron, such as scrap iron, scrap steel,aluminum. Complete working equipment such as continuous casting machine, rolling mill, mainly used for the production of billet, steel bar, angle steel, H-beam, I-beam, etc.Electrical control with KGPS, IGBT, single or double power supply technology, PLC (Siemens).

9.Infrared temperature measurement devices are assembled in the entrance and exit (normally the casting billet head and tail has around 100ºC temperature difference ), can be controlled by close circle control( by adjust power and speed) ensure the minimum every material temperature difference.
10.Water cooling carrier roller and block roller: Non-magnetic stainless steel.
11.Power supply requirement,11KV/660V×2 double transformer, one output power 2500KVA, medium frequency power is 12 pulse rectification, and reduce the harmonic pollution, enhance work efficiency.
12.Equipment cooling, the power cabinet use plate heat exchange cooling, furnace use water cooling.
